Bosward Wine Club Terms & Conditions

  • By joining the Bosward Wine Club, members agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge their commitment to a minimum of two deliveries. 

  • Membership invitations to the Bosward Wine Club are offered at the discretion of Bosward Wines. 

  • The Wine Club has a limited number of members at any one time. If capacity is reached, new requests will be placed on a waiting list. 

  • Members will be contacted 10 days before their wines are due to be dispatched. During this time, members may amend their pre-selected case by updating their order through their online account. If no changes are made, the original selection will be shipped and billed automatically. 

  • If a selected wine is unavailable at the time of dispatch, Bosward Wines will contact the member to arrange an alternative. 

  • The total amount billed will reflect the recommended retail price (RRP) of the wines, less a 15% member discount. If the member modifies their selection, the total may vary accordingly. 

  • Members receive a 15% discount on all additional purchases made via their member login. 
  • Upon joining, members agree to remain in the Bosward Wine Club for a minimum of two deliveries. 

  • After completing the first two deliveries, members may cancel their subscription by contacting Bindi at wine@boswardwines.com.au. 

  • It is the member’s responsibility to keep their personal details, including delivery address and payment information, up to date. Bosward Wines is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or outdated details. 

  • Membership is open only to individuals aged 18 years or older. 

  • All deliveries are free of charge and must be accepted by a person 18 years or older. 

  • Membership to the Bosward Wine Club is available within Australia only.
